Adult Classes

Adult Ballet Combo
This class starts at the barre & will include learning basic ballet exercises for placement of the body, work on posture, and balance improvement . This will be followed by center and floor exercises that include: gentle modern, pilates and yoga based exercises to improve your flexibility, as well as stretching and strengthening the core of your body. We will end our class with across the floor exercises based on balletic movement and incorporating movement from different styles of dance.
Adult Modern/Jazz
This class employs a special technique for developing the use of the entire body in movements expressive of abstract ideas. It is a great workout for your body and soul with learning choreography by the end of the class. No previous experience is necessary. This class is created for beginners, however, people with previous dance experience are welcome too.


Adult Tap
This class will be geared toward beginners, but all levels are welcome. The class will begin with some basic warm-up elements, incorporate skills done across the floor, and will culminate in an upbeat combination set to popular music. We will enjoy a fun, positive, and relaxed environment together while learning & improving our tap skills.
Silver Dance Combo
This class is designed for 60+ adults. We will start with barre work on basic balletic movement to improve the placement of the body, strengthen joints, and work on balance. With gentle floor exercises, we will be stretching and strengthening the core of the body. This will be followed with across the floor exercises and learning dance combos in the different styles of dance. The motto of this class is: keep moving - keep grooving!
